1.    To promote clean environmental practices in the waterways of St. Ann's Harbour and Bay areas.

2.    To preserve the St. Ann's Harbour Bay for safe and responsible economic development while maintaining
       and enhancing established activities and industries of and related to Fisheries, Tourism and Recreation.
